XCulture specializes in creating multi-media art events tailored around brands, products or particular environments. Events typically incorporate Live electronic music, performance art, projections, photography, interactive experiences, installation art and videography. To date, X has curated dynamic multi-media events for Hewlett Packard, Adventure Sports Center International, Scion and The Washington Project for the Arts.
- Hewlett Packard invited 'X' out to Salt Lake City, Utah as a part of their conference with their top sales distributors around the world (i.e. Office Depot). The conference's theme was winter summit, we had all recently experienced the olympics and HP was in full swing with its partnership with Burton. So, we decided that a fun, interactive project would be to pair each of the 18 participating sales distributors with a graphic designer. Together, the designer and sales team would work on creating a Custom Burton 151 snowboard. The design should incorporate the Olympic Rings, The Company's Logo, HP's Logo and a mystery theme supplied by special guest and judge Shawn "The Flying Tomato" White. All of the designs were projected around the event hall so people could follow the process while Deyv and Ana Sia played music. Several of the participants said it was the best conference experience they had ever had. They were energized, engaged and having fun while working with a graphic designer gave them insight into marketing - crucial for a sales representative.
- For the Adventure Sports Games at the Adventure Sports Center International, we brought the entire 'X' experience including: 2 Live Music Acts, Installation Art, Fire Spinning, Live Graphic Design (next year's poster), Live Painting and Projections.
